Search Engines Etc. does not offer reputation management SEO efforts because plain and simply in many ways it is nothing more then “Black Hat” SEO. Furthermore, if you have done nothing wrong, or have done nothing to be ashamed of, then why would anyone post or multiple people post fraudulent statements and articles about you. If they have posted slander, then you don’t need reputation management SEO services, you need a lawyer. Now we do understand that there are and may be times when people need reputation management services provided for a constructive and positive reason. Unfortunately, this is normally the exception and not the rule.
If you search your name or your company’s name and find multiple derogatory comments, articles, and posts you should take note of these opinions and statements and try to act on them. Rather then hire a firm to try and make up good things about you and rise above all the bad things, start doing good things and the rest will follow. It isn’t rocket science, it is simple and has been around since the beginning of time. Be ethical and do the right thing and good opinions will follow. If you are a fake, fraud, cheat, or just a plain old jerk then what do you expect people to say?
Finally, understand that hiring a reputation management firm to push down unwanted search results, if they are true then they will simply come back again. Search Engines are getting smarter and smarter and if everyone has something bad to say about you, it doesn’t matter how many fabricated, bunko pages and posts you make, all the bad stuff will be back at the top if not sooner, then later.
